We are excited to receive you as a new patient and welcome you to our dental family. Our community has been through a lot over the last year, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. I would like to take this opportunity to give you an idea of what you may expect on your first appointment. You will be welcomed by one of our administrative team members who will assist you in providing us with the needed introductory information.

You will next meet with one of our clinical team members. Dr. De Andrade will discuss with you your past medical and dental treatment, your reasons for seeking care, and provide for you a diagnosis of your condition.

A detailed study of your condition will be performed. A Periodontal examination will include, the taking of our own x-rays for a radiograph interpretation, intra-oral photos and measuring of your gums, other diagnostic procedures may be necessary to achieve an effective plan of treatment. We understand, you may have already taken x-rays at your General Dentists office, but we require our own to ensure we have all the diagnostics needed to show bone level health and to be prepared for your visit. Dr. De Andrade will discuss your existing periodontal condition, necessary treatment to correct these concerns, time required, and the overall condition of your periodontal health. Dr. De Andrade welcomes any and all questions from you, as he is very interested in your understanding of what is being discussed, it is vital to the success of your treatment.

Appointments will be managed to allow us to stay on time for your appointment, so in the event you are 15 minutes late (fifteen) rescheduling of your appointment may be necessary. We strive to accommodate everyone’s schedule.

Your first appointment, which will be for a Periodontal examination, x-rays, and the understanding of your treatment. We are located at 2610 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy; Suite 202 in Henderson, Nevada 89052. We are located upstairs. (Please arrive at your appointment with the completed paperwork, referral slip, ID and Insurance card). In the event you did not complete the paperwork in advance, please arrive thirty (30) minutes prior to complete. We know that time is valuable and we strive to see you at your scheduled time. If you would like to bring someone with you to your appointment, that helps make financial decisions, please do so as this may help facilitate in the scheduling of your treatment. Financials may be discussed at this time with you.

Please let us know if you develop respiratory symptoms, cough, fever, loss of taste, and or smell as we may need to reschedule your appointment. In order to ensure the safety of yours and others.
