Anthem Periodontics and Dental Implants would like to introduce and welcome Dr Audrey Riegel to our practice. Dr Riegel is excited and looks forward to meeting you!

Dr. Riegel grew up in a small mountain town in Southwest Colorado where she discovered her enjoyment of the outdoors. She loves to spend her free time hiking, camping, and the occasional stay-in with a good book. She spent most of her young life in Colorado, where she attended University of Colorado in Boulder and received a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.

She has always wanted to be in a profession where she could help others, but also a profession where she could apply her meticulous nature, curiosity, and analytic skills. Dr. Riegel spent time at her uncle’s periodontal practice and was intrigued by the intricate surgical procedures he performed, the interactions he had with his patients, and the overall life of a periodontist. She eventually decided to move to Las Vegas and start working at her uncle’s practice as his dental assistant. Her interest in dentistry, and periodontics in particular, continued to grow.

Dr. Riegel attended University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine with the intention of specializing in Periodontics. She graduated in the top twenty percent of her class and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society. After finishing her dental degree, Dr. Riegel moved back to her home state to complete her periodontics residency at University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Aurora, Colorado where she honed her surgical skills.

After many years of schooling, hard work, and dedication, Dr. Riegel has returned to Las Vegas to join the same uncle who opened her eyes to this profession. Dr. Riegel is excited to be back in Las Vegas (especially since she is also a major foodie!) and work alongside her uncle and meet and care for the great people of Las Vegas!
